Even the most perfectly prepared presentations will fail to achieve their purpose if the presenter fails to engage with his audience. Whether or not you are born a natural performer, the art of delivering presentations is something you can and should learn.
For most presentations, you do not need to become a top performer. But you do want to get your message across. You want it to stick in your audience’s minds and hearts. Your presentation should feel like a natural conversation and you should be your natural self. Although this sounds easy enough, being your natural self in front of an audience isn’t an easy task. This training will help you to become that natural, convincing, relaxed, enjoyable presenter.
You will learn to:
- understand and develop your personal presentation style
- adapt your presentation style to the audience and the situations
- control your actions and your audience
- use effective, active and powerful language to be convincing
- overcome nervousness, anxiety and distracting mannerisms
- use slides, powerpoint, flip chart, video or other media effectively
- control your hands and use your natural body language
- move naturally and make your audience feel at ease
- project control and confidence
- be structured and well organised
- involve your audience.
The training comes in two levels :
Level one: Dynamic presentations
for less experienced presenters.
In these seminars we will focus on the techniques and skills needed for effective, dynamic presentations in common business situations. After this training you will feel much more comfortable in front of a business audience. You will know what to do to make your presentation dynamic and effective.
Level two: Charismatic Presentations
for experienced presenters.
In these sessions, the starting point will be the presenter’s natural skills rather than the techniques, tips and tricks for creating a dynamic presentation. We will focus on what the presenter does well, and adapt the presentation style where needed. You will start to be conscious of your own presentation style and know how you can use that and develop it to become a truly charismatic presenter.
Level three: Executive presentation coaching
for highly experienced executives.
In an intensive one-to-one coaching session, one of the foremost presentation experts will help you to finetune your presentation skills. Building on your natural presentation skills and your personal strenghts, you will be able to bring your ideas across in a powerful, effective and engaging way. The coaching will concentrate on the specific task an circumstances you are facing in your presentations.
