Menu structure

Alt : keyboard access to the menu

Selecting

Ctrl + select : multiple selections (toggle on/off)

Ctrl + A : Select All

Tab & shift + tab : Select Next/Last object

Home-arrange-selectionpane :  For easier selecting in complex slides

Tables

Tab : Next Cell       Shift Tab : Last Cell

Ctrl Tab : Tab in cell

Tab at end of table : New Line

Create Handouts

2007 : Windows-button – Publish – Create handout in Microsoft Office Word

 Editing Objects & text

Ctrl + C : Copy       Ctrl + X : Cut       Ctrl + V : Paste       Ctrl + D : Duplicate

Ctrl + Z : Undo      Ctrl + Y : Redo

Shift CTRL + C : Copy Format             Shift CTRL + V : Paste Format

Shift + Drag : Move horizontally or vertically

Alt + Drag : Move without snapping to grid

Ctrl + Drag : Copy & Paste

Shift + Draw : Equal height and width

Alt + Draw : Draw without snapping to grid

Ctrl + Draw : Draw from the centre

Arrow : Move according to grid              Shift+Arrow: Move one point at a time

All combinations of Shift, Ctrl and Alt are possible

Editing Text

Shift + Enter : New Line

Ctrl + I : Italic       Ctrl + B : Bold       Ctrl + U : Underline       Ctrl + spacebar: Normal

Ctrl + L : Left Align       Ctrl + E : Centre Align       Ctrl + R : Right Align       Ctrl + J : Justified

Ctrl + T : Open Font Window

Slideshow

F5 : Start Slideshow              Shift F5 : Start Show at current slide

B (or Z or N): Black Screen       W (or B): White

Spacebar : Next Slide       Backspace : Last Slide

Number + enter : Go to Slide Nr

USE Presenter view !! (2007 : Slide Show – Use presenter view)
